  1. What is the Crushing Summer Incentive?
    The Crushing Summer Incentive is an incentive open to all CEs; the earning period will run from May 1 through July 31, 2023!

  2. When is the Incentive earning cycle?
    The 3-month incentive begins on May 1 and ends on July 31st at 11:59 pm CT. Points are cumulative during the entire 3-month period.

  3. How do I earn points?
    Here’s a breakdown of how to earn points:

SHARE: Earn points when you share wine
Earn 1 Incentive Point for every $1 New Customer Retail Sales you sell
Earn 2,000 points for each Ring you personally close
Earn an additional 2,000 points for each 4th Ring you personally close

MENTOR: Earn points when your Level 1 CE achieves their Ring goals
Your Level 1 CE Closes a Ring = 1,000 points
Your Level 1 CE Closes their 4th Ring = 1,000 additional points

Earn points when your Level 2 CE achieves their Ring goals
Your Level 2 CE Closes a Ring = 1,000 points
Your Level 2 CE Closes their 4th Ring = 1,000 points

4. What are the point Levels and rewards?
Level 1 = 5,000 points: You’ll earn a ONEHOPE Fanny Pack

Level 2 = 7,500 points: You’ll earn your CRUSH 2024 Registration, an exclusive Tank Top, AND a Custom Labeled Cabernet or Chardonnay (to help you prepare for your fall selling season!)!

Level 3 = 10,000 points: When you earn 10,000 points, you’ll earn a 2-night hotel voucher for CRUSH 2024, a 5-bottle wine bucket, 4 corksicle glasses, a set of napkins AND a Custom Etched Shimmer (w/ a design of your choice!)! 

5. What counts as New Customer Retail Sales?
New Customer Retail Sales is the Retail Sales of a customers order who has never placed an order with ONEHOPE before. 


What is a Ring, and how do I close it?

A Ring is a term we use when you sell $500 in New Customer Retail Sales & personally Sponsor 1 CE. When you achieve both of those milestones you will close a Ring. 

6. Who counts as a Personally Sponsored CE?
A personally sponsored CE is a CE you personally enroll on your team. They must remain a CE during the entire incentive-earning period to count towards closing a ring. 

What is a Qualified Event?
A qualified event is an event that has $500 in Retail Sales (NOT New Customer Retail Sales) placed in the event within the earning cycle and is closed within the earning cycle of the incentive (May 1 - July 31, 2023). 

What orders count towards a qualified event for this incentive?
You must have 3 unique orders totaling $500 in retail sales placed in the earning cycle of the incentive. (May 1 - July 31 2023)

What is a Level 1 CE?
A Level 1 CE is a CE on the first line in your tree, they could either be personally sponsored by you or assigned to you.

What is a Level 2 CE?
A Level 2 CE is a CE on the 2nd line in your tree, they are personally sponsored by a CE on your 1st line.

Can I earn more than one reward Level?
Yes! Points and rewards are cumulative. For example, when you earn Level 3, you’ll also receive the rewards for Levels 1, & 2!

When will I receive my rewards?
Points will be totaled by the Home Office and rewards will be shipped out once a month. For example, if you achieve 5,000 points in May, the Level 1 item will be shipped to you by the middle of June. 

Will there be a place in the back office that shows how I am tracking?
Yes, a full report is available to you in your CE Back Office Reports Section in the My Team Activity tab.

  1. How can I congratulate team members or promote my own accomplishments on my social media pages?
    You’ll find CE shareables to post on your social media, or text or message to teammates who have achieved reward-level goals. Tools are available below these questions, and you’ll also find shareables in Social Media Shareables.

  2. Are Crushing Summer Points the same as Reward Points?
    No. Crushing Summer points were created just for the Crushing Summer incentive and will be calculated based on activities specific to this incentive. You’ll receive prizes based on achieving up to 6 Levels in the incentive. Crushing Summer points are not transferable and do not apply to the Reward Points that are part of the Qualified CE, Host, and Customer Perks programs.
