Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! There are a number of changes that you can make to your subscription at ONEHOPE.
- You can make substitutions to the wines you have included in both the build your own and curated Wine Club subscriptions.
- You can change the frequency of your wine subscription if you have built your own 4, 6, or 12-pack. Please note that frequency cannot be changed for the curated Wine Club subscriptions.
- You can change the payment method and shipping addresses for all subscriptions.
All of these changes can be made from the subscriptions settings page located under the “Subscription” tab here. To access your subscriptions, you must first be logged into your account at onehopewine.com. From there, click the drop-down under your account and select “Subscriptions.”
