Can I ship to my home, work, or a FedEx office?

Yes, you can! You have the option to ship to your home, office, or reroute to a FedEx Hold At Location that is closest to you once your package has shipped. Please keep in mind that someone 21 or older must be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, and we cannot deliver to hospitals or schools. 

Rerouting to a FedEx Hold At Location

If you will not be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, you can choose to reroute your delivery to your nearest FedEx Hold At Location. This is a business such as a pharmacy, grocery store, or even a FedEx Print shop that holds deliveries for customers. These businesses will accept your package on your behalf so you don’t need to be home to sign for the package. 

You can switch your delivery to a FedEx Hold At Location on FedEx.com, or by reaching out to our Customer Support Team who can switch your order to a hold location for you. Once at the hold location, you will have five business days to pick up your package.
