Does it cost money to start a fundraiser?
No, it is free and easy to start a fundraiser with ONEHOPE! Wine purchases are not required to create a fundraiser, but are encouraged for in-person and virtual wine tastings so your Host and guests can enjoy the Napa Valley experience in the comfort of their homes.

How do I order wine for my fundraiser?
Cause Entrepreneurs can assist the Host in purchasing wine for the fundraising event. We offer discounted cases of wine for in-person fundraisers including a discounted 6-bottle and 12-bottle case.

What happens if guests aren’t able to attend an in-person fundraiser?
Not a problem! You or the Host can easily send guests a link to the event before, during, or after the in-person fundraiser has concluded. The fundraising link will be available for 8 days unless the Host chooses to close it out and send funds to the selected cause sooner!

When does the nonprofit receive the donation?
Donations are submitted after the fundraising link is closed. Event donations that are submitted in a given month will have their checks mailed out by the 10th of the following month. If the 10th lands on a weekend or holiday, then the check will mail out on the following business day. The check will be mailed via USPS, and 1st class mail transit times will apply.

What type of cause can be selected?
You or your Host may choose any 501(c)3 nonprofit, including local organizations like animal shelters and food banks, or global organizations that support causes like breast cancer research. 10% of fundraising event proceeds will be donated directly to the selected cause of choice.

Does ONEHOPE offer virtual wine tastings?
Yes! You can set up an easy online event that can include a virtual wine tasting. Guests can order ONEHOPE Tasting Flights that include four mini bottles of our best-selling 90+ point-rated wines. It’s the perfect way for guests to try our wines before they purchase full-size bottles. Guests can place orders during or after the event and 10% is donated back to your cause of choice. 

Can I send wine to my guests for a virtual fundraiser?
Guests can order wine directly from ONEHOPE through the fundraiser link. You (the CE) or the Host do not need to send wine to the guests. However, many Hosts choose to in the case of a corporate fundraiser.

Does a Host have to order wine to start a fundraiser? 
No, wine purchases are not required. Suppose your Host is planning a virtual wine tasting or in-person tasting event. In that case, we encourage wines to be purchased so their guests can sample our varietals, learn more about our winemaking process, and bring the Napa Valley experience to your home. If a wine tasting is not needed but you would still like to raise funds for a non-profit, you can choose to create an Online Fundraiser Page.

Where can I hold my in-person fundraiser?
Events can be held in any private location, such as a home or place of business.
