How can I view my customer’s order history?

To view your customer’s order history, you must first log in to your CE Back Office. 

Once logged in, click on the “Orders” tab in the left-hand navigation to view all of your customers’ orders. From there you can search by your customer’s name to find their order history. Within the customer’s order history you can see the status of all of their orders as well as access their order tracking information.

Alternatively, you can visit the “Contacts” tab in the left-hand navigation, and search for a particular customer’s order. Once you’ve located the customer, click on their name to open up the contact’s detail view. Click on “Orders” to then see all the orders they have placed.
