What is this feature?
PwP in Wine Club subscriptions will allow Wine Club subscribers to add a PwP promotion to their Wine Club subscription(s).
Wine Club Members can add the PwP promotion to their subscription on a one-time OR recurring basis.
Who is this feature for?
All (New and Existing) ONEHOPE Wine Club Members who subscribe to our seasonal curated or build your own subscriptions.
Where can Wine Club Members add the PwP promotion to their subscription(s)?
Wine Club Members can add the PwP promo to their subscriptions in two ways:
- New Wine Club Members can add the PwP to their subscription when signing up.
- Existing Wine Club Members can add the PwP to their subscription by logging into their account, clicking Wine Club, Subscription Preferences.
- CEs can also add the PwP to their Wine Club member's next order by clicking on the Contact>Wine Club tab>Next Shipment Details.

When can Wine Club Members add the PwP promotion to their upcoming shipment?
Wine Club Members can add the PwP to their next shipment anytime before their next shipment is processed and shipped.
Can users remove a PwP promotion from their subscription if they’ve previously added it on a recurring basis?
Yes, Wine Club Members will be able to remove the PwP from their subscription at any time, unless the shipment has already been processed and shipped to them for that month.
They will be required to add the PwP back to their subscription if they want it attached to future shipments (i.e. there will be no “one-time” opt-out, once it’s removed, it’s removed until it’s added back onto the subscription on a one-time or recurring basis).
How will Wine Club Members know if a PwP is added to their subscription?
Wine Club Members will receive an email 1-week before their next shipment is locked/processed notifying them:
(1) if they DO NOT have that season’s PwP promotion added to their next shipment/subscription, encouraging them to add it
(2) if they DO have that season’s PwP promotion added to their next shipment, confirming that they are set to receive the PwP on their order (and providing a link to their Subscription’s preferences in case they want to remove it).
When will seasonal PwP Promotions be available on OHW.com to be added to Wine Club Members’ subscriptions?
Seasonal PwP promotions will be available 1-week before the 1st of every season (in the ‘Wine Club Builder’ and ‘Accounts > Wine Club Subscription Preferences’; NOT in the pop-ups on the website that we have today, those will continue to rotate on the 1st).
Why? ForWine Club Members with subscriptions that ship the 1st of the season, they will need to receive the email reminder to add the PwP to their upcoming shipment at least 1-week in advance (before the shipment is in the “locked” state).
For example, if my subscription ships on February 1st, I will be able to add February’s PwP promotion on January 23rd in the Wine Club Builder, and within my Account’s Subscription Preferences.
Summer (May 1 - July 31st), Fall (August 1st - Octobr 31st), Winter (November 1st - January 31st)
How will rewards points be affected if a PwP is added to a subscription?
Rewards Points will be added to the subscription if the PWP offer is attached to that subscription’s shipment, as we do for regular orders today.
Will Wine Club Members be able to add a PwP offer to a subscription of 4-bottles?
Yes, we are going to allow EXISTING Wine Club Members to add the PwP offer to orders of 4-bottles or more to existing Wine Club subscriptions. This function will have to be completed on an existing subscription within the user’s Account > Wine Club Subscription Preferences.
This function will not be allowed for new Wine Club Members unless their subscription is 6+ bottles.
Can Wine Club Members add multiple PwP offers (i.e. QTY > 1) on a subscription?
No. Only one PwP offer will be allowed per subscription.
Wine Club Members will still be able to add multiple PwP packs in the shopping section of the website as “a la cart” orders, as they can today (they will NOT be attached to a subscription).
What if a Wine Club Member adds a PwP offer to their subscription in the Subscription Manager that ships in a future season and the PwP offer isn’t ready yet (i.e. 3 months down the line)?
The Wine Club Member will still be able to add the PwP offer to their subscription on a one-time or recurring basis. They will be shown a generic PwP pack offer image (almost like a mystery pack) and will be notified that the exclusive offer is not yet available.
