How do I cancel or change an event?

You can cancel an event as long as no orders have been placed in that event. To do so, visit your CE Back Office, click the “Events” tab under the left-hand navigation, and click on the event you wish to change. From the first “summary” tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a “Cancel Event” button. Click this button to cancel your event.

 

You can change most details about the event by clicking the pencil icon that appears toward the top-right corner of each tab in the event management view.
