How do I switch to a FedEx hold location?

If you will not be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, you can choose to reroute your delivery to your nearest FedEx Hold At Location. This is a business such as a pharmacy, grocery store, or even a FedEx Print shop that holds deliveries for customers. These businesses will accept your package on your behalf so you don’t need to be home to sign for the package. 

You can switch your delivery to a FedEx Hold At Location on FedEx.com, or by reaching out to our Customer Support Team who can switch your order to a hold location for you.
