How long is the event link available and can I extend the closing date?

Your event link is available for eight days from the event date, and the host and their guests are welcome to place orders using the link as soon as the event is created, during the event, and afterward, until the event has concluded.

If you wish to change the event date, you may do so ONE time if an order has already been placed through the event. To change the event date:

1. Click on "Events" from the CE Backoffice menu.
2. Select the event you wish to make changes to.
3. Once in the event, click "Details" and you can edit the date by clicking on the pencil icon.

Online Fundraiser Pages will close after 90 days once the event is created, however, you can choose to have the page stay open for a shorter amount of time.
