I'm going to miss/I missed the last delivery attempt, do I have any other options?


Unfortunately after three delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to our warehouse and a $10 reshipment fee will be charged to your account. Please contact our Customer Support Team to place a new order for you.


In the future, if you will not be available to sign for your shipment, you can request a FedEx Hold At Location on FedEx.com or by reaching out to our Customer Support who can submit this hold request for you. Once at the hold location you will have 5 business days to pick it up.
