I missed my delivery. What do I do now?

If this is your first missed delivery attempt, FedEx will return two more times over the course of three days to attempt another delivery before returning it to our warehouse. Please note after three delivery attempts, a $10 reshipment fee will be charged to your account.


If you need to you can reroute to a different address or have it sent to a hold location. 

You can do this by creating an account on FedEx.com or by reaching out to our Customer Support Team who can assist you with this request. Here is a helpful tutorial on how to reroute your package to a hold at location.
