My order just shipped, but I won’t be home to sign for delivery, what can I do?
FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times over the course of three days before it is returned to our warehouse.
If you are unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, you may choose to reroute to a different address or have it sent to a FedEx Hold At Location.
You can do this by creating an account on FedEx.com or by reaching out to our Customer Support Team who can assist you with this request. Here is a helpful tutorial on how to reroute your package to a hold at location.
