What is the Pathway to Executive Event?
Join us for a 2-day boost to your business! This exclusive event is designed for Impact Directors and their Upline Leaders for leadership training, recognition, and to continue building our leadership culture! A highlight to this Southern Californian event will definitely be a hosted event by our President & Co-Founder Tiffany Wojtkiewicz at her home.
How do I earn my invitation to the Pathway to Executive Event?
There are Evergreen ways to Earn your Invitation:
- All past* Impact Directors prior to May 31 2023 will be invited to attend the event
- All Upline Leaders who have promoted 2+ Impact Directors through August 31, 2023, will receive an invitation
** Attendees must be Director+ Career rank in June, July and/or August 2023 to attend the event. Must be Director+ pay rank at the time of promoting downline member(s) to Impact Director.
When can I earn this Invitation to the Pathway to Executive Event?
You can earn this invitation at any time when you earn your title promotion of Impact
Director. After Promotions are processed the first week of the month, you will receive
your invitation to the September 2023 event.
Our 2023 Event will be held: September 29- October 1, 2023
What is the deadline to register for the Pathway to Executive Event?
You must qualify by end of August 2023 and be registered for the event 21 days before the event so we may properly prepare for your arrival and attendance. For example:
- The cutoff to qualify is August 31, 2023, and you must register by September 8th 2023.
What’s included for this Event?
Your invitation to the Pathways to Executive event will include:

Where is the Event going to be held?
The event will take place in Santa Ana, California. Hotel accommodations will be available in the coming weeks. Sessions will be held at the ONEHOPE Warehouse.

Friday, September 29th
6:00 pm Welcome Reception
Saturday, September 30th
8:30 am - 5:00 pm Training and Wine Tasting
6:30 pm President’s Dinner at Tiffany’s House
Sunday, October 1st
8:30 am - 12:00 pm Closing Session
Airfare, and transportation from the airport to the hotel and accommodations will not be provided on behalf of ONEHOPE. Travel from the hotel to offsite events will be provided by ONEHOPE.
