Rewards Points FAQs

What are Reward Points?

Customers receive reward points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future wine orders, or donated to a ONEHOPE featured nonprofit.  


How are Reward Points calculated? 

Purchases will earn 5% back for regular Customer orders (5 points for every $1 spent), and 10% back for Wine Club members and subscribers (10 points for every $1 spent). 


In addition to purchases, CEs can also earn an extra 1000 points for each month they are qualified with 300 PCV.


How can Customers view their Reward Points balance?

When logged into their ONEHOPE account, Customers can view their Reward Points total on the top right top corner of the page. Customers can also view their total balance and detailed breakdown on the Rewards page. You can view your current rewards by logging into your account at onehopewine.com

 

How can I redeem my Reward Points?

Reward Points can be redeemed for discounts on future wine orders, or donated to make an impact.  To get started on redeeming Reward Points and view a Rewards Points transaction summary, visit onehopewine.com/account/rewards.

 

Points can be used immediately or can be saved for use at a later time.

 

To redeem Reward Points, Customers will click on the “Promo, gift card or rewards” button during checkout. Once selected, a pop-up window will appear reflecting the current Reward Point balance and allow the Customer to enter the dollar amount of Points they wish to redeem. 

 

Cause Entrepreneurs are able to use reward points on behalf of their customers when shopping in concierge mode.

Do Reward Points expire?

Reward Points expire 6 months from the last purchase activity date. 


Will Customers be notified that they have points expiring?

Yes, Customers will receive an email reminding them to use points 30 days after their last purchase. Then Customers will receive a notification 30 days prior to their points expiring. If their points remain unused, ONEHOPE will follow up with an email 2 weeks, 5 days, and 1 day prior to expiration, respectively. 


How can a CE view a list of Customers with points that are expiring?

Customers can pull a list of Customers with points expiring in the CE Back Office. For additional assistance, view a Training Video here.

 

If a Customer or CE orders with points and still has points is that considered an active order? 

Yes, Rewards points expire on a daily, not monthly basis.



Do CE Reward Points expire?

Yes. 


How is account activity defined for CEs?

The CEs must have made a purchase in the last 6 months, hosted an event that qualified for rewards points or had qualified points added to their account.


Are Reward Points transferable?

Reward Points can be donated to a nonprofit organization. Reward Points can not be transferred from one Customer to another. 


Can Reward Points be redeemed for Gift Cards?

Yes.
