1st Time promotions bonuses are paid to Cause Entrepreneurs who are promoted to a new title. The following bonuses are available, up to Director (DIR) title, while a CE is in their Fast Start period:
- Promote to Lead Cause Entrepreneur (LCE) and earn a $50 cash bonus
- Promote to Senior Cause Entrepreneur (SCE) and earn a $100 cash bonus
- Promote to Executive Cause Entrepreneur (ECE) and earn a $200 cash bonus
- Promote to Impact Director and earn a $1000 cash bonus, and carry the exclusive title “Impact” through your ONEHOPE career.
The following bonuses are available to CEs outside of their Fast Start period:
- Promote to Director and earn a $250 cash bonus
- Promote to Lead Director and earn a $500 cash bonus
- Promote to Senior Director and earn a $1000 cash bonus
- Promote to Executive Director and earn a $2,500 cash bonus paid in two installments
- Promote to Senior Executive Director and earn a $5,000 cash bonus paid in two installments
- Promote to National Executive Director and earn a $10,000 cash bonus paid in two installments
Upline Leaders can also earn cash bonuses! The Upline Leader is the next CE in the upline genealogy who has the same pay rank or higher in the month that the CE first time promotes.
- When a CE 1st time promotes to LCE during Fast Start, their Upline Leader earns $25
- When a CE 1st time promotes to SCE during Fast Start, their Upline Leader earns $50
- When a CE 1st time promotes to ECE during Fast Start, their Upline Leader earns $100
- When a CE 1st time promotes to Impact Director during Fast Start, their Upline Leader earns $500
- When a CE 1st time promotes to Director outside of Fast Start, their Upline Leader earns $250
