What are libraried wines?

A libraried wine is a varietal that our Head Winemaker, Mari Wells Coyle, decides needs more time to develop tasting profiles. These varietals are sent back to the cellar to ferment longer for improved quality and taste. Once a wine is released or taken back out of the library, we will be sure to update you in the Vine!
