What does the "Impact" mean in a promotion title?

The “Impact” added to your title as a CE is a special designation that is earned when you achieve Director within your Fast Start time period. Your title will be "Impact Director". As you continue to promote at each rank, the "Impact" designation will follow with you.

For example: Lead Impact Director, Senior Impact Director etc
