What happens if I don’t pay my membership fee?

If we are unable to successfully charge the card we have on file for your membership fee when your renewal is due, we will attempt to recharge your card again. You will receive an email notification each time the payment fails to go through. You will have a few days to update your payment information.

 

If payment has not been updated and we cannot successfully charge your renewal fee within the 15 day grace period, you will lose access to your personal website, CE Back office, and commission earning privileges.

 

Please make sure your payment information is always up to date to avoid this!
