What is the Care Team?

ONEHOPE offers a dedicated "All in One" Care Team, for every CE, to help with everything you will need from onboarding and launching your new business, to offering help and support, to advanced coaching and leadership.


How do I reach out to them?

Your Care Team should be your primary Home Office contact and can be contacted through Chat or by creating a ticket on your Back Office homepage.


Your Care Team consists of members of our Support Team to help you with technical issues, and ordering issues, also our Business Coordinators to help new CE's with onboarding and activation, and our Community Development Directors focused on advanced coaching and leadership.
