      What is the difference between retail sales and personal commissionable volume (PCV)?

      Retail Sales

      Retail sales refer to the subtotal of an order placed after discounts and rewards, and excluding shipping and tax. 

      Personal Commissionable Volume

      Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) is the volume in which commissions are paid. Refer to page two of the Comp Plan overview for the PCV chart.
