What is the Leader Kickoff event?
Our Leader Kickoff event is an event we hold at the beginning of each year to help our top Leaders kick off the new year! It will include fun, friendship, leadership training, and lots of inspiration to get you warmed up and ready to start strong in the new year!

Where is Leader Kickoff held?
This event is a hybrid event, we hold a portion virtually for Director+ to attend, as well as an extended in-person portion in Napa, CA. See below for different ways to earn your invite!
Who is invited to Leader Kickoff?
CEs who have achieved Director+ Pay Rank 1+ times within the Leader Kickoff earning period of December ‘21 - November ‘22 will receive an invitation to attend Leader Kickoff virtually.
CEs who have achieved Senior Director Pay Rank 2+ times between June ‘22 - November ‘22 will receive an invite to personally attend Leader Kickoff in person in Napa, CA (as well as an invite to our weekly SD+ call. Leaders must maintain a minimum Senior Director Career Rank to continue attending the weekly call) .
CEs who have achieved Executive Director+ Pay Rank 2+ times between December ‘21 - November ‘22 will receive an invitation to attend Leader Kickoff with a non-CE guest in person in Napa, CA.
When will I receive my invite to Leader Kickoff if I already achieved one of the above milestones?
Expect an email congratulating you on earning your invite once the earning period has ended.
