When should I expect my Join Kit to arrive?

Typical Processing Time

Join Kits typically arrive between 5-7 business days from our Home Office distribution centers in California and Kentucky! They will be shipped via FedEx and you will receive tracking information via email and text message, if a phone number is provided, as soon as it’s ready to ship! 

Getting Ready for Your Delivery

If you ordered a Wine Kit add-on, please be sure that someone 21+ is available to sign for it at the time of delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts before your order is returned back to us. If you are unable to sign on the day of delivery, you can always redirect the shipment to a FedEx Hold Location by following the instructions via email or text message. These instructions are provided in every order confirmation email, along with your tracking information email sent from FedEx. Hold Centers are available in most cities across the U.S.
