Accessing Your Back Office
To begin, we recommend getting acquainted with your personal website and Back Office -- two areas that you will quickly become familiar with as you grow your business!
To access your personal website and Back Office, you will first visit www.onehopewine.com. Next, click on the “Sign In” button on the top right corner of our website to login into your account. Use the same email address and password you used to enroll as a Cause Entrepreneur. Learn more about how to log into your account here.
Once logged in, you will see your Back Office homepage. Your Back Office is the central hub for running your business. From there you will see your personal website link and your CE ID # at the top.
Accessing Training and Resources
In your Back Office, you will find a Getting Started Task List that will guide you through setting up your profile, and Commission Pay Portal, and accessing our Help Center and Training Center.
Feel free to explore the Back Office, Help Center, and Training Center at your own pace through the navigation menu. Should you have any questions or trouble accessing your account, you can always contact us here, and we would be happy to help you!
