Will my guests receive their orders before an event is closed?

The event will close three weeks after the event date you entered when you set up or updated the event in your CE Back Office. 

 

Guests will need to place their orders before the event automatically closes. If you wish to extend the event, simply push out the event date to a future date. For more information please see the “How long is the event link available and can I extend the closing date?” article.

 

Customers will typically receive their shipment within seven days of placing their order. Depending on that date, they may not receive their order before the event closes.
